God is extravagantly generous.  He has created all things and all things belong to Him.  As apprentices of Jesus, we are created in His image and called to reflect His generosity in all of life.  This generosity has been woven into the very fabric of our humanity. 

Tragically, God's original design has been badly corrupted.  This corruption often leads to destructive and unhealthy attitudes and actions.  In a fallen world, there is no issue that is more challenging or in more need of God's redemptive power, than the issue of how we handle money.

At Christ Community Church we are committed to live under the reign of God.  When it comes to money, we seek to model God's design in a way that will reflect His glory.  When we honor God's design, the Bible says that "we are like a tree, firmly planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in its season . . . in whatever we do, we prosper."  The deepest longings of our hearts are satisfied when we live according to our creation design.

God's Word has no shortage of counsel when it comes to money.  There are more than 2,350 verses that deal with God's design for our financial fitness.  The Bible makes a couple of things very clear:  Everything belongs to God and the local church is at the heart of God's redemptive plan.
